Language

Language is a funny thing. We change it according to situation, who we're talking to and what role we're playing.

Like the other day, I almost told a friend "I bought a push-up bra yesterday, and I'm astonished just how comfortable it is". But I didn't, because he was male.

See, if I'd said this to a female friend, the meaning would be
A) I find this bra comfortable
B) Have you had the same experience with push-up bras?

To a male friend, however, it would probably sound like
A) Look at my boobs.
