SHREK ROCKS!!!
Sep. 13th, 2004 08:52 amI have seen Shrek 2. I want to see it again. That movie was brilliant. One of the funniest I have seen in a long, long time. The Fairy Godmother reminded me of...I don't know. Someone scary. I nearly cheered when Fiona headbutted Prince Charming. And the king was called Harald! Only too bad the queen was not called Sonja...
There was only one problem: If it took Shrek, Fiona and Donkey so long to get to the Kingdom of Far, Far Away, how did the Gingerbread Man, the Wolf, the little Piggies and Pinocchio get there so fast?
Other than that, sheer brilliance.
Other than this, I bought all the Star Trek movies on DVD. After seeing the ones with the original crew (Kirk, Spock, McCoy) I find myself eagerly awaiting the first season of the original series, which should reach Norwegian DVD shops sometime this week.
Today's quote: "Head for that star, Mr. Sulu... And straight on to the morrow. You know, that way." - Captain James T. Kirk, Star Trek - the movie (which BTW wasn't very good, but it was a start.)
